vodafone GPRS is not compitible with viva
but it is working best with IDEA & AIRTEL
i was using vodafone too like u but now i changed it

Have u enable password lock just disable it and try again.If Problem persist try hard reset, it may fix ur problem.Caution All the data stored i ur phone will be deleted.so take a backup.be frank to contact me

dear all;
i,ve bought my lovely HTC touch_viva about 1 month ago. 3 day ago when i was calling with my friend; after the end of call the screen of my phone disappeared!! After turning off its main meno diappeared!! but after a soft reset the problem solved; i'm very worried and anxious about this problem; why it happened for my HTC phone??
Another problem is messeging(SMS); when my phone is in the state of "TURN OFF" and someone seds a SMS for me i can't receive it.
please help me & solve my problem.

Not able to access internet thru GPRS using Vodafone connection, any kinda help is welcomed.

Yupeeeeeeeeee... I bought this phone yesterday.. could not sleep all night.. was playing around with the functionality. There is so so much to explore. Amazing phone.. works really fast with WiFi.. nice features. I just loved it.

can someone help me. i bought an 4GB micro sd for my htc viva and it reads in the memory:

Total storage card memory: Not installed

does the phone detects the memory card automatically or do i need to install it manually (how?)...
