my tytnii it doesnt display the main menu when switched on but it lighten up

My TyTN 2 giving me a problem I charge my bettrie but when I disconect on charge it go off nomatter the bars are full. Other thing is I tried to upload whatsapp here but it doesn't work, may you tell me why, or is not compitable to this tytn 2 for me...
