Hi friends,
can the owners of this ohone tell me about the battery of this phone and does it get hot very quickly or after several hours of heavy use?
Please tell as I want to buy this phone.
Even suggest other phones having similar features like this phone.

This phone is a dud. Bluetooth stopped working after 10 days. Dealer says only option is to return it to Telstra for repair, they returned it 2 1/2 weeks later.(no offer of a loaner phone)
2 months later Bluetooth stopped again, same option from dealer. (again no offer of a loaner phone)
On contacting Telstra business complaints Telstra tell me that after 3 attempts to repair they will replace. That means it must breakdown 4 times and I may be without it for almost 8 weeks before it is up for replacement.
To sign someone to a 2 year contract and then supply them with something that does not function is a long way from customer service.

What is the difference between HTC raider and HTC velocity ??
I have a HTC raider but it has 1.5 Ghz dual core processor whil the specs here show that raider has a 1.2 ghz dual core processor ! Help plz !

My Htc Velocity is running under 4.0.3 ICS, but when i viewed my recorded videos, it crashes and says" Unfortunately, Video View has stopped". and when i tried my stock music player, it said also " Unfortunately Music has stopped" any1 knows how to fix these issues. help is Highly appreciated.

had mine for around 6 months, cant fault it,excellent phone, camera and fast internet, would highly recommend one.

I don't seem to be having the battery issues as some are however I am frustrated with the phone switching to lower networks while I'm browsing. Anyone know hot I can make the phone priorities the 4g network more in Australia?

Own and use his phone for 5 months, really brilliant in all aspects, fast internet, great call quality, good screen. Battery life is similar to my iPhone 3s, with so much extra, I am very happy!

Had this phone less than a week,found reception to be ordinary to poor,the phone itself has been returned to telstra repair shop as the touch screen function does not work with display phone key and the number keypad.Also found that the display screen dulls its brightness and appearance for no reason to the point where you cant read it,the tech on hand was unable to explain reasons or correct faults so its off to the repairer.

If you connect it to your PC as a hard disk it shows 8.8GB. Clearly this is a software issue.
In addition get your IMEI number from seetings, and confirm that your handset is HTC original. I hope this helps.

i just have bought Velocity 4G from hong Kong, but in Storage it shows Internal 3.81gb, Phone Storage 8.84gb.........but spec says it is 13gb usable......
is it in parts and total 13gb usable????

Plus I set up all the HTC widgets, which allows me to turn off wifi, data and gps on the phone plus adjust down the brightness. Finally the biggest battery killer is letting several apps run simultaneously. Go to your task manager and switch off unused apps.. I hope this helps.
