all you have to do is reduce you vibration to zero in settings... that won't mean your phone will not vibrate on incoming calls or texts but will not vibrate only when typing.

go to setting.. language and keyboard.. then the settings for touch input, on the right side.. then text input.. do you see "vibrate when typing" under "other settings"? uncheck it. if that doesn't work, unscrew the back of the ph...
