My suggesstion is Wildfire S is not good for business mobile users. Mail is not sync with Gmail or official mail. I tried many times with customer care and service center. So waste of more money.
HTC wildfire S is really problem with Internal memory. Its is showing only 150MB not 512 MB. Customer care people didnt say clearly.

You have to kill it manually to close it. thats the way android works. now more the apps are open, the more battery they hog. also the phone slows more because of the ram memory blocked. solution to this is to download a good task manager like atk or estrong and use it whenever u have used the phone for long or just when u feel the need. it helps me.

I am just using htc wf s for the past one months.
I just updated the frim ware :
1. My battery life improved . My ph stays for 1 full day
2.I had a internal memory problem . After updating i got 120mb.
Features of this ph Which i love - Good Audio /Vedio output .
No significant problems . You can go for HTC Wildfire S ...But update the android version once u get the mobile .

Hey, without knowing the settings, how can i use mobile boss ? are you mad ? i have contacted many times the customer care, no one solved the issue. Even service center guys doesnt know about the settings. if you want i will give my complaint acceptance by HTC letter.

Really this HTC wildfire S having some problems.
1) Email alert notification is not working, i mean its not sync with server. we have to refresh every time. This is really bad.
2)Internal memory is showing only 150MB not 512 MB.
OS should not take more than 10% of the memory. SO it should be 400 MB free.
3)Yes, am also Getting vibration for every call cost and SMS message alert notification. This is very bad option and blender mistake.
4) yes you are saying correct. There is no default option for viewing the files in SD card.
I have connected customer care, they are saying contact service center only. But service center doesnt know about anything in chennai.

Reply - I think you dont have any experince with other customer care.
I mailed them 3 times so far and every time they responded me in time with proper sugestions.
-This reply is only for basic, not for issues. My problem was accepted by them, Its defect from their side.
1. My phone battery lifetime is about 2 days for moderate usage. I don't know why yours is so weak. Try change the battery.
-20 days back only i bought it. DO you think i have to change the battery. Really you are not use your mobile for maximum utilization.
2. My google mail works just fine! No problem with notifications.
-- you are wrong, HTC service center accepted, its not sync.
3. Internal memory is around 512 MB but you have only 150 MB free because the rest is occupied by ANDROID OS.
--Are you fool? you are having 20 GB hard disk, its taking 19GB for Operation system means will you accept?

5. Click the volume down button to decrease the intensity of the ring volume until the lowest, then is automatically switching to silent mode. Click again for vibrate mode.
-- Then incoming call will be silent. Boss, really you are new to mobile world :(
6. Download ASTRO file manager from the market.
-- that should be extra work. not basic one.
7. Go to a gsm service. I don't have this problem.
I have GSM only.
Stop doing bad publicity. This phone is great for its size (it's a mini smartphone) and its price.
It has what all the big and expensive phone have but in smaller proportions.

I have the HTC Wildfire S @ ive a problem its something 2 do with my facebook it s never up to date @ always days or so behind! Setting etc r fine any ideas what it could be? thankz Maria
nice phone but a bit over priced, and the battery is poor, sold my x8 for this phone and glad a did! better performance and build quality.
HTC Wildfire IS good and really worth for money .... nice phone & rather nothing to say.
