Had this unit for almost a year... Had to give it up! Poor quality video camera(3gp only). No support from LG online(limited applications) RATE?? 3 out of 10!! Recommendation??? DON'T BUY THIS!

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me a way to increase the capacity of messages in lg gt505? Currently its using the phone memory and is limited to around 300 messages. I'm wondering if its possible to use the memory card storage instead.

I love this phone but it is very slow. The touchesreen is not very sensitive and so not responsive enough. Pls can somebody help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

if u want to play youtube on lg gt505,first thing to do is to config the connectivity setting for streaming ...so u have to choose wifi pont access for streaming

I loved this LG phone.But it keeps making accidental calls and goes into the weather update and charges my money.

How to send videos to YouTube directly from LG GT505

For those who like Youtube or better, for those who wishing to submit some videos directly from GT505 to Youtube, I will explain how to do this, without any browser or other application.

To begin, you must have an email Gmail account set up Gmail on the LG, and then register themselves on Youtube with the same e-mail, the Google account will be associated to the Youtube account.

Done that, go into your YouTube account from your PC and then account settings, on the left choose the option "Configuration of mobile" and then create a contact in the phonebook of the GT505 with the same e-mail that appears on page "Configuration of mobile", you can give the name that you want to the contact, but the contact email address must be the same as been assigned by YouTube.

whenever you want to upload a video directly from the GT505 to YouTube, just go to the contact that you created in the phone book and click on "Message - Email - Google Mail" and then insert the video into email and fill out the fields that you wish eg. Subject, Cc, Message body.

I think it is highly user-unfriendly phone.It looks like its high tech state of the art wow-factor must have phone ,but it is the opposite.I am so disappointed with this phone and it makes LG look very poorly in my eye's.It has a very nice camera but is hard to operate at any rate.In short I will never ever get another phone from LG.
