Anyone know how to get the front 'frame' fascia off? I dropped mine and scratched it, so I got a replacement but have no idea how it comes off :o(

Are you kidding me... this phone is perfect!! For a low cost solution, all the way.. I have owned one for a year now, simple user friendly interface, lot's of features.
The pre amp in this phone is very clean sounds fantastic , i have 1500 songs on it, but the power for regular headphones is weak.. I just added a portable headphone amp.
pretty good pictures as well.
Not bad for $49 and a contract with Telus.

good effort by nokia in flip, camera good in day light, battery will be ok if u install the software version of RM-509 with variant 255.02, not yet bad set slim & light weight, good nokia

i am planning to buy this phone for rs 5000. everyone has said negative about battery.. could somebody pls clarify is battery that bad?? what is the maximum standby and talk time??
is it same like nokia 6300?? as i had this phone earlier and i use to charge once a day, that was ok with me.

Go to time and date setting. Select time setting. Then hide clock. Same 4 the date.

the trick with getting the cover off is to apply pressure at the bottom of the phone not the top and slide it. The chicky in the telecom shop pointed this out as there is definitely a knack to it you just need to hit the right spot!
