This is the worst choice u can ever make. the n97 mini will give a lot of problems mainly memory problems. there is not enough ram. My advice don't get the n97 mini. trust me I hav regretted usin this phone.

earlier symbian is the best OS for mobile as my openion, But have to pay and buy some applications. Windows mobiles also same as symbian. android is the best of Nower days with lot of free applications and games. Who likes to waist money???

It is the smaller versn of the N97 classic so people will constantly be watching what Nokia took out 2 make the mini(FM transmitter, 32gb internal etc.) even though they cost almost the same. then there's the fact that it is a higher quality phone than te 5800. The 5800 is lower in the price ladder with almost the same features no naturally it will b praised while the mini criticized, even though the mini is far superior.
I should also point out 2 you that they don't run the same OS. The 5800 doesn't have the same home screen nor the same abilities to customize said homescreen. But one thing that the 5800 has that few phones can defeat is audio output. The 5800 is known for its gr8 sound both from its 2 speakers and from the 3.5mm jack. They are louder and clearer that the 2 speakers on the mini.
The mini's biggest downfaal is that Nokia didn't make enough improvements over the N97 classic. So almost all the hate for the classic was transfered to the mini and then amplified by the fact that they mini has so many features excluded in it from the classic.

A while ago i visited the page of 5800 express music,and i saw MANY GOOD COMMENTS there,but when I look at the page of N97 mini here,most of the comments are BAD,WHY IS THAT SO?,Because for me,this unit is great and useful,so why are you commenting like that?,the both phones run on Symbian S60(S^1),I dont see many difference.And N97 mini was released in 2009 but the xpress music was released way back in 2008.Please Give me the difference of N97 mini to OTHER NOKIA PHONES.......

this phone is only BEAUTIFUL...

i have repaired my mini even from NOKIA store...yet this is not working properly....
proximity sensor..,red & green button r not working...
nokia care centre is not agree to listen anything....
plz help..

I have been using this set since jan 2012.I am a constnt user of the nokia phones but I found this set as most unusefull set in nokia phones.Nokia 3310 is far better than this.

I have another problem with my mini,It turns off by itself and then it goes on again my question is it the effect of RAM Memory being filled up?if so,what should i do to prevent it? PLEASE I NEED HELP...

I Installed UC Browser it helps improve internet speed to FAST!,And it supports video calling apps like SKYPE........ !!!

My touch screen is spoilt yesterday after 15months use. Trying very hard to use the keypad. I manage to find the enter, delete, space button, but cannot find Exit button. Where or which keypad is it?
