I got this phone about one week ago and trying to connect to the internet to start browsing and telling me that connection error. I tried to call customer care and they told me that my phone does not support internet browsing. Pls what can i do and how can i configure it to start browsing. Without browsing it makes me boring, pls i need your help.

Pls i am in a serious,my samsung A887 has a problem:if i boot on my phone it wil butt & rebutt itself again & again til it wil shutdown

I am trying to order a headset but the samsung A885 has a unique plug-in that I would need an adapter for. Does anyone know the dimensions of this plug in? Is it called a USB? do you know where i can get the adapter for the standard round plug.

pls i need someone to tell me how i can veiw my sim contacts,t i have tried severally but couldnt. I still can't browse the internet with this phone, hence it keeps showing ''service unavailable'' pls someone help me.

i love the phone, is a verygood phone to my taste, but it used to install most of my social network, but refused to lunch them, note: not every of my social network, but little, and i checked all the gprs conection it's well proper setted, anyone can help me out?

hi all, I tried using ano9ther sim card on the phone and i cant view my sim contacts, but when i insert another network provider, it sees the sim contacts .
please, how do i rectify that cos i want to use the other network provider on the phone?
