why is it that the hdd was format itself,so i can't play the vedios or even see the picture...what do i want to do?

i will recommend my friend to buy this fone.becase it is a greater fone.use it smoothly otherwise it will be very unlucky.if you remove battery without swithing off your phone will dissable hdd and we cannot use hdd all data will be loss.but its blue...

Hey.... (1.)how can i format my hdd if it does not appear in the phone and even when i connect it to a computer...in the format tools there is no hdd......how can i get rid of this....i cant even play a song from a microSD, it appears that it is corr...
