This phone was just want I needed for 4 years (just like others) and is now turning off. I missed calls and had no way of knowing it. One thing -- I was always careful and had never dropped the phone until about a week ago, on concrete. No marks ...

This phone I got about four years ago I had to send it back once due to the screen part of the phone being loose and now it turns itself off. It doesn't matter what I am doing with it. I don't like this phone! I would not recommend it to anyone!

I got this phone 3 years ago and loved it till the screen went white. The screen would flip nonstop and then it just went black and wouldnt work. So i sent it back and they sent me another one. Within 3 months it did the exact same thing. I got a new...
