its a sonic or u8650 branded for at&t. therefore all u8650 roms work fine on this phone. its an android so apps for years, if u dont lke the sms messenger download a new one through the play store. i have one, screen is nice sound quality is nice 480p video, kind of short on ram but due to the android native memory management system it is not a problem. the galaxy y has more ram and a faster processor but for the price its a great buy.

Can anyone tell me if the Huawei 8652 will work with the Magic Jack App? i want to reduce my cell phone cost and I understand that because I already have Magic Jack service, I can use the app to make calls?

This phone's inexpensive, but the more phones you flip, the more phones you're going to have to keep buying and, pretty soon, it's going to add up and cost you a pretty penny. So why don't you bring it back to where you it and ask them to explain things to you or get your money back and buy a different one?

i'm use to flip phones so i am real old school, it was a little hard to figure out at first, but all i really need is phone and text, all the other stuff is overkill for a guy like me. i would some day like to use all the features on the phone but for now i'm just phone and texted kinda guy.

All of a sudden I can not download my text messages with photos. I am tech handicapped and can not figure out what is going on. The manual they sent is useless, also I can not for the life of me figure out how to turn up the volume on the speaker phone. Can barely hear when using, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. Customer Service is useless on the speaker phone and volume issue.

Put the phone in a bowl with some plain dry rice (uncooked) for 24 to 48 hours. The rice will soak up all the water out of the phone and make it work like new. Though you must keep in mind when you do this that you have to take the back off of the phone and take the battery out. Lay the phone in some rice and if you want you can lay the battery in it too. The rice must cover the phone completely. 1 box should do it.
