as, 29 Dec 2016please help me....mate 9 or mate 9 pro??Honestly, if you don't need more that 64 Gb internal storage (+ til 256 Gb SDCard), Mate 9 is the best. To my opinion... and will be less expensive.
This for the international version.
And if you are a geek, fan of XDA forum and so on, you could event buy a chinese Mate 9 with 6 Gb RAM / 128 GB storage and all SD extensions abilities. If frequencies a compatible with those of your country, and you'll have to be able to unlock bootloader and flash a ROM as well. Things i used to do, but i don't feel to do anymore, now i have gave up Samsung machines.
Aymar, 29 Dec 2016Is the dual sim support 4G both?no! nano sim1 : 4g

- No QHD, that hurts my (tired) eyes, and it is no use and drain the battery.
- The biggest full HD screen possible, but not more than 6 "
- No "Edge" if possible, 'cause i lost numerous emails and SMS with the s7 Edge .
- Big battery and endurance.
- Big internal storage and slot µSDXC.
- Photo abilities are less important for me because even with a reflex, i'm not good at shooting pictures.
My wife is a kind of magician at shooting pictures.
I was no good with tje s7 and i am not good with Mate 9 camera.
But my wife is able of excellent pictures on both of them :-)
For me it is the best Android smartphone i've ever had (and i've had almost a dozen of them).
I just would have loved that an international version of Mate 9 with 128 Gb would exist.
The only reason that makes me looking around here about the Mate 9 Pro, is the internal storage amount.
But i surely would prefer a Mate 9 non-pro, with 128 Gb internal storage.
Sorry for my weak english.

I already have a Mate 9 (non pro).
In my opinion, it relegates the s7 Edge i had before... to ancient times :-)
This is my personal view for the Pro version
The screen actually is not that curve.. only the glass is curve covering the screen
the camera performance not that superb if compare with P9 Plus or S7 Edge/S6 Edge+ camera even it came with same engineer leica
It feels funny the home button can even be pressed like samsung or iphone home button..
The price is too pricey skyrocketed like Iphone 7 Plus Price It's make me feel this phone need to compete Iphone 7 with strong features otherwise people with definitely chose Iphone 7, Samsung S7 Edge

What you ge... moreThough I trust you, I really can't imagine Huawei issuing 2 releases of Mate 9 Pro, with 2 slots, nano & micro, with the second slot permitted to be used with µSDXC cards on the 64GB model, but not on the 128Gb version. It would be commercially stupid from them.
Sorry for my weak english
shj92922, 24 Dec 2016for one who bought it doest it support sd card? cause some said it is not supporting SD card!I have this phone (pro, 128Gig storage) and it does not support external SD cards. What you get is what you have. And 128Gig should be sufficient for most people. :)
Otherwise I love the phone. A bit expensive but totaly worth it.
havoc, 24 Dec 2016Is 6gb ram,128gb rom really dont have micro sd support??? :-(thts supposed to be Huawei Mate 9 Porsche
Mina, 26 Dec 2016whats mean by Dual 20 MP +12 MP, camera ?Hi,
That means one camera black & white 20 Mp plus one color camera 12Mp, to elaborate the final picture. You can choose to use only the black & white camera if you want. Same as Mate 9 (non-pro)
I am totally eager to purchase one of these 6 gig ram models from My optus Service Provider
I hope this model gets released in Australia soon
Keen for a decent phone
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
It's an ok phone but bit slow & boring really
I expected so much more from the S7 Edge
Hoping this Huawei Mate Pro will be a smoother more reliable experience
Especially with a 4 core processor & 20mp cam & 6 gig of ram it would surely be the best choice I have considered.
how noise, voice, ring tone db & screen protection & sar value, thank you for all
shj92922, 24 Dec 2016for one who bought it doest it support sd card? cause some said it is not supporting SD card!Hi,
It says it supports up to 256 gig External Memory &
Some models have internal of 64 - 128 gig
So it seems they do but don't quote me on it
Contact huawei & ask I guess would be best option
