I have got it and absolutely happy about it. It takes quite long to re-charge but it also takes forever for the battery to run out. The battery is 5000mAh after all.
Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a "mini iPad"

Tamer , 16 Sep 2014Please tell us in details how you did the update I downloaded the rom to the SD card with my X1 (I'll post the link later)
Then I connected the X1 to the computer and with the computer made a new folder "dload" to the root of the SD card.
With the computer, I opened the zipped rom file and moved update.app to the new "dload" folder.
Disconnected X1 from Pc and went to settings - > update and chose Local update
Then the update process started. The device boots first and the runs the update. At some stage it asks to pull out the Sd card and boots again.
NOTE! With Kitkat, the DPI is bigger and everything is larger. For me it is ok, because don't use the em ui.
When huawei would update to at least kitkat or anyone knows ho to update to kitkat please help me
