I need help I'm confused not to buy if the 5X phone or Huawei Honor P8 lite please help ..... !!!
Just got this phone .phone came with Android 5.1 already installed. Also has a screen protector on it very nice. Phone is great for the price. Not as fast as my galaxy s6 or iPhone 6 but still pretty fast. Wish the screen was brighter even at full brigtness the screen i s alittle to dim when outdoors but still usable. Hopefully huawei updates the US version to marshmallow .
Very very good. Fast on internet and fast moving for apps. Easy to use. Good camera. Realy nice experience when listening music on it. This is my second Huawei phone and now I am fan Huawei. My next phone will be of course, a Huawei.

This is a great phone in general. Bought it for my wife when she lost her previous phone. Purchased it for about $200 in June 2015 from Frys in Illinois. It worked great, but my wife dropped it and cracked the glass heavily. LCD is still fine. Spent months trying to get it fixed but no one could order a new screen. Just recently found replacement screens for $25 on eBay, so I'm going to purchase and fix and then carry it as a backup to my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active.
I am using this phone for 5 months.this is good as a whole.bad side is charge capacity. i have faced one problem also. after using for few days i am now don't get access to the computer or laptop as the phone does not get the connecting options. may be its a software problem. camera or video quality is awesome.
This phone is basically a smaller version of the phone that I used in July 2015, that I kept in my pocket for the month of May 2015. The phone was great as it fit my pockets and it only has minimal sacrifices. I would recommend this phone entirely.
Is this phone support video call without using 3rd party apps like skyp emo etc.?

memo xboond, 02 Jul 2015is this phone have NFC ?? In this vergion 615 snapdragon I can not find anything, anywhere, stating that this model has NFC [Near Field Communication], other models do. The people saying "yes" might need to check their sources. This model does have WiFi Direct & Hotspot functions, as well as Bluetooth, which are similar in purpose (communication between devices) but not the same in function or feature.
Strictly speaking, NFC is very limited, contact or near contact distance, fine for payment systems, not so good for sending a file across the room, or linking two devices to co-op in a game.
Between WiFi Direct & Bluetooth, almost all your needs should be covered. If you truly need NFC, this phone does not have it, in any specification I can find.
I was able to buy this phone Dec 5th, at Best Buy for $169.99 with a price match on a Target website sale (no longer running as of Dec 7th). It shipped with Android 5.1 & EU 3.1 already installed, no updates available. The phone has been activated with Tracfone without issue, using a $4.50 Sim kit (also Best Buy) on an existing account. I have installed, and the phone recognizes a 64GB microSD card. I was able to delete the OK Google bar, without issue. You cannot remove certain apps from the screen and there is not a button to bring up all the apps. You can make a folder, and place all unwanted apps icons in that folder, and rename it Apps.
So Far, so good. Nice screen, custom power / access settings per app, and general. Coming from an 8GB phone (moto e 2nd Gen) there is plenty of space for apps. Phone is very responsive, with 2GB and [Dual Quad core CPUs] has some minor interactive issues (icons & rotation), but that might be fixed in an update someday. For my needs, 16GB, Good Cameras (13MP & 5MP) 5" Screen, It is a excellent upgrade that will last me a couple years.
I can get through the day with about half a battery left, mainly messaging & translation apps (all day), some app downloads, and playing with the camera. A little tweaking and the new toy luster wearing off a bit, it should be a two day phone.
At the deal I got it for, no-brainer, but I would have, and almost did bite at $200, and would not have felt cheated at that price. Close enough to spec with $400 phones, to feel good.
