the phone i love but the manufacturers could have overlooked the earpiece the volume is too low and the spare parts are hard to come by

Very good for internet. Camera is good but the engineers could have done better. Good music player but video only occupies a small part on the screen. Also it has no spare parts. Improvement on video and availabity of sparepart will hook me on huawei .

I've had my phone now .. same time but still haven't found a way to down or up load from a P.C 2 hand-set.
Only limiting my self 4not knowing .. HELP .. PLEASE :)

I hav been using this handset fr quite sometime but recently the colors on screen just went faint. Writings on the screen are not vissible. What might hav caused this?
