hello...could someone help me with the battery issues of my imate jam?it seems that the back up battery is not charging the main battery seems to be working fine but the backup battery keeps on bugging me..could someone help me on this...pls. send me an email del_usls@yahoo.com

Can any one guide how to use details on memory card if i used the i-mate jam for the first time ??
problem is that i cant fund a way to restor my contacts and save on device >>

I keep having this problem of losing the GPRS settings (manual ones) done by mtn sa.now I have lost gprs and mms completely I can't browse or access my mms's. Does anyone know how to permanently save these settings ? or teach me how to do it myself maybe ? Please help.... my email tsiame_s@mtn.co.za

Can anybody comments here that Imate JAM can Browse (Internet Explorer etc) without SIM connect via Bluetooth enable phone?

it is a good product.but it dosen t support large avi,3gp, file such as 6mb.

I have an Imate P10a its a great unit except it does not recognise my JABRA bluetooth every other mobile on the market is recognising this unit except my Imate, I tried another one similar and it works so the system is not faulty.
