Can anyone tell me why my i-mate JAM goes flat after about 5 minutes use? I have charged the battery and even replaced it with a new battery and it still goes flat. Any suggestions because this phone is useless to me unless I can use it. It makes an interesting paperweight.

i used i mate for 1 year i had picture data that has deleted now i want to recover it but i have no idea to solve my problum

i-mate club is gone. looks like i-mate went underground. we buy something like this a 1 or 2 years later we lose technical support, updates, etc.

Pls put matches stick after pushing the small pin which is on one corner of the back panel of phone, phone will not restart due to fluctuates causes.Gudluck
