i have i-mate jam mobile im using this for 2 yrs. i plan to change this case because of having scratch. but i am not sure if this is changable so its really hard for me...

i have a pocket pc pm10a , i have been using this for last 6 months every thing was ok but recently i am facing some problems so my phone needs to be formatted and since there are no service centres i am having a hard time here so can any one plz let me know how to format my phone

yeah...but now since ther are soo many upgrades to windows mobile- finding new applications for this [WM 2003] is difficult.
otherwise - EXCELENT

I bought the i-mate jaq3 in Dubai and it turned out to be a wonderful instrument to communciate - however, there are two problems that have recently cropped up and for which I seek help,I find that whenever I type a message the alphabets keep repeating automatically besides I am not being able to delete reduant pictures although I have a 1gb card attached. please help!!

To mohan
remove your main battery from your phone and wait more them 30 munite. Your phone will automatically flash its os. If u want to format ur memory card u will need 3rd party software.

Download ActiveSync from www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/activesync/activesync45.mspx to connect to a PC. mail me to get USBMDM.INF and USBModem_Dialer.exe to use the wmodem.

I owned I-mate Jam for about 2 years now. Over all i am satisfied with the experience but the device have some drawbacks which have been somehow rectified in newer I-mate models.
1) Picture quality is extremely bad with low lighting. Perfect under sun light. Poor in normal room lighting.
2) When writing telephone number in the address book, it doesn't give you the freedom to add more then one mobile number per person. You can write the second or third mobile numbers but will appear as work, home or others.
3) The phone book view when writing a message is very bad.
4) You can't receive a business card.
5) You can't have an mp3 as a ring tone. Though i have manage to download a free utility from a website to do so.
6) The key board is not that easy to use. Letters are so small, so you have to use the pen (extremely difficult using a finger)
I think these are the most important drawbacks i have witnessed with this mobile.
