Can anybody here tell me why is the battery life of imate jam does not last for 1 whole day?How can i use the back up battery?Is there an upgrade version of OS?Can this unit records voic calls?Any software to retrieve lost messages?Can i increase the phone memory (internal)?Any service center here in the philippines?Thank you very much.Please respond.

Salam... I have an i-mate jam black, I ave some question about the battery life of this unit, coz his battery life is to low, is there any function or solution to solve this k ind problem, and how to use the backup battery.

Will someone please tell me what is the latest firmware for this phone and where can I find it?

you can upload mp3 in ur phone, but cannot use if as a ringtone, for that you need to convert it to a wav or wma format. which can be done using windows movie maker

i have imate jam black.the operating of this phone is very tough.every time screen alignment required.voulume is very low.battery back is very low .with out using phone for a day it gives a 6 hrs back.its beacause of led light i believe.
can and other pc phone of imate you can recommend

I have the I-mate JAM Black ,i have some in use this the mobile , when i;ll started blutooth but is not started , shwon the message in the display (there is no Blutooth hardware installed on this device.
plz rectifier the my complaint in my i-mate jam black,
