i had i-mate jam 3 years ago & was doing well but recently i suffered alot of hanging ,i do not know why ,is the battary fault

To unlock the phone we have to press on the screen at two places one at the bottam and the other at the right hand side middle. The right handside middle does not work. what do you do? Please advise.

For sending any file or contact go to file explorer tap the file for some time and you will find a menu, select beam file, it will guide you to select the devices nearby you. select and tap send option of appropriate device.

Can anybody here tell me why is the battery life of imate jam does not last for 1 whole day?How can i use the back up battery?Is there an upgrade version of OS?Can this unit records voic calls?Any software to retrieve lost messages?Can i increase the phone memory (internal)?Any service center here in the philippines?Thank you very much.Please respond.
