i purchased imate JAMA in year 2007 on 14 june.i used the hand set 16 days after it was unable to work i take the handset and reported to the purchased outlet and he unable to repair the handset so, given new handset to me.again within one year warranty period the handset unable to work again i went to the dealer i reported to him. he told that he cant replace the handset. you have to report to the main distributor.

i have imate jama this one.

my phone is showing power off dialog box every time.
when i click power off,it will power off ,then i restart
the same problem.
some time it will be solved..some time it will exploit my mobile..

please please please help me
