i am using imate jama since 2 years,i have problem in screen,its not working, ihad done hard rest and soft reset alson then also screen is not workin,please suggest me some solution for this

Hi guys nd gals. I am not able to view all the videos in full screen only a small (Square) window appear on the complete screen nd i have checked all the setting s of the mobile but there is nothing i can do more...please help me m not enjoying my mobile's video...please help me...

rahul remove ur memory card nd then start it cuz it gets jammed cuz of the memory card when it starts

i dont know the problem,,but icant unlock my jama phone.. touch screen doesnt responce to any application/ but light effct when i tap the screen it seems to be respoce....

dear friends mine is a very pathatic one , i approached the dealer in chennai iconet, adayar, for trouble shoooting the imate jama 101 which is not disoplaying the wall paper.they simply reset the bottom button and charged me Rs 881.they are the cheaters.friends be aware of iconet adayar.they are the fraud.

dear guys ,i regret to say recently i have cheated by the authorised service centre "iconet" for imate jama in chennai adayar .actually my jama 101 failed to display the wall paper alone i find the address of the dealer through net ,then went to iconet,adayar chennai.the prejudice employee go in to a room and return back with in 02 minutes and replied me that the soft ware is corrupted and i load it now please pay rs 800+ rs 81 .i was shocked and i pay the same amount.on the hole day i think over it whether it can be formate and install a soft ware with in 02 minutes.soon after i return to my village and replace the sim card aircel instead of airtel and boot the system again i faced the same probelem.i was upset and i tried my self to rectify the probelem by pressing the reset button and find the system is booting well.now i realised the what was happened in the dealer point in 02 minutes.just to press and reset the system iconet cheated rs881.dear friends be ware of this kind of dealer frauds .even to format a pc ,charge is 200,but for jama rs 881.adayar iconet is a fradulent company be aware of them.

the CD provided along with the mobile doesn't get installed on the pc for net connection.... and the phone gets hanged very frequently.
