Download windows 5.0 mobile a7 copy it in memory card, take out the battery, insert memory card and then inseet battery and after it follow the instructions as appear on the mobile screen. it takes several time to complete. Your phone will be OK.

one day my phone simply get stucked I think it will be all right if we remove it's baterry and put it onceagain.so I remoced my phone's baterry after that my phone is not working.If we put the baterry a blue screen will apear.I think if i restore it it will be alright.How can i restore my phone

my phone problem is the menu window is blinking means without pressing start button the screen of menu is coming and goinig.due to this I can't use the other programs and unable to read message also. so i request you to please resolve the problem,so i can use the phone.
