Please help how to set an MP3 as a ringtone. Lot of MP3 song on my phone memory but its not be able to set it as a ringtone because only the preset tingtones on the phone is on the menu.

I have exactly the same model of this i-mate JAMA., i was suffering from the beginning because when i'm not using it for more than 3 hours it hangs-up and most of the time it shows only a very bright screen but it cannot open or switch off. I removed the 2Gb memory card then i power it ON again but still the same problem. Later on, i pressed the reset button at the bottom via its stylus pen and its working better now. The only problem is that after 8 hours, this phone need to recharge the battery. Why? And its not true about its MP3 ringtones! Its impossible to put an MP3 ringtone in this i-mate JAMA.

Good day, I was able to buy your i-mate jama here in Yanbu, KSA sometime in November. I was only using it for 3-days and after that it hangs everytime I open it. I tried to went to Jeddah 2 times but could not find the samir2 shop there. I am about to go Philippines fdor my vacation this week. Could you please help me what to do with this? try this...
while opening ur phone pls remove ur memory card then turnm it on , after starting phone put memory card back

This is the worst phone ... I have ever used..
I bought this phone,opened it and swithed it on after chraging for about 1 hour...and then keep ot for charging...
Once its chrged I switched it off and.... I was not able to switch it on again... (tried all level best)
The next day I took it to the Company from whon I bought it.. and i unexpectedly they agreed to replace it with a brand new one...

I got the same imate jama ( new one) and now....its with the language prb.. I tried my best to change the arabic to english but was unable to do so....however I was told to take it to the service centre... where in a ten minutes time......the prb was solved....
I used the fone for two days and after two days.. i recieved a call from my friend and my phone turned off...once again i tried many time but i was unable to switch it on....
A strange thing happened... whenever I plugged the charger in phone I was able to switch it on but ... the phone was not charging nor it was showing the phone options( iw as unabele to make and recieve calls)
I have handed over the phone to the company from whom I bought it and now its lying wid me ... lets see what will happen today..............

There are no cellphone shps here in Cebu that knows how to fix this.
