I am unable to operate my i-mate JAMA 101 as it is asking for Password as soon as the screen comes alive. I donot have / forgotten the password. Please advise how to proceed ?

sir i have jama 101 and have a problem in images that creates in menc files to which when i open in my computer never open such image in jpg or any other software... please tell me how can i open such images in my computer... or how can i got menc files converter into jpg

My imate jama 101 has stoped over a month now.whenever i tried to put it on it says aling screen.then i will aling the sreen for what seems like for ever,and it will still not aling.what do i do?
