Hi everyone. I am writing this comment just to make everything clear for anyone who wants to buy this phone. This phone is excellent with great ergonomics. Looks slim and professional with a nice touch which give a perfect grip in the hands. I bought this phone and I am pretty happy with it and honestly I couldn't find a better phone in this price category.

how to istall new softwares in this mobile like flash player,and so....this mobile is very good to use...

I have an Imate Jama 201. I couldn't access my key pad and it was also locked. Usually to unlock keypad we need to click "unlock" and the "*" keys, but even then I couldn't open in. Any suggestions on how to open it...

Just open Settings and go in Wireless settings.
Then click on phone on.
try 2 or 3 times.
If not open then
Try then switch off phone. and start phone after 15 min.
May be ur problem solve.

I have one of your cell phones. and I am glad I got one but there is a problem everytime I need to unlock this phone. the keybord does not let me introduce my pin. so please let know what can I do to fix this problen . Thank you.felixmoreno999@yahoo.es

This device looks prety good but video is so poor and screen on full will be not more than one inch. Comparing Nokia N70 is best. Its not user friendly. Its volume on full sound is low. It is ok as a normal phone.

The Handset is worth putting in your dustbin. This is a complete disastor and wastage of money. throw it or give it away, whatever option you chose, who ever will have his hands on it, will curse the owner :)

to be honest this phone isn't the best, it freezes and its slow, almost like an old computer, u can make a better buy

Hello everybody,
Can any1 plz temme whether the outlook data on the phone is stored in the phone memory or the storage card ?? If in the phone memory, how can I change the it to save all my mails in the storage card ?? And if I cannot change the location to storage card ?? is there any option if i can increase the phone memory ?? Please help me out with the problem. Thanks and Regards
