The [no ringer] problem is quite common. i used to have a jamin and had the same problem. i had to get a part replaced and it never was the same again. it was a great phone before that problem but afterwards....well lets just say i was glad to ...

hey to unlock the password n having forgotten it aswell. u need to re-load windows on ur sons cellphone. coz there is no other way and i doubt theres any such code breaking software on d net. though all d same u shud just take his cell to any mobile ...
