i used i mate jaq since 6yrs , i had hard reset the phone and now its not working can u plz help me how can it run normally, i think its required windows softwere..and i have not any softwere cd of the i mate ....plz help me...my ID is lvy_143@yahoo.co.in

l think am the newest member of this bold club.just bought this amazing phone n l cant get enough of it.l have one question though.am accessing facebook ohhh so well problem is it aint showing pictures.is it because its not a 3g kind of phone?l love the phone to tears.
