i bought this phone a couple of years ago...it was flawless at the beginning ,but after a while it's getting crazy all the times!but the price still is the same after 2 years!the only phone around which remained on the peak!there is a big problem in this phone an it's cpu speed...it's just useless if u want do something except answering calls!

I bought one I never even used the darn thing. From the day I bought it, it never worked, whenever I call some one the phone was making a buzzing sound on the other end. Because of this I hate I mate. Phones suck.

I purchased i-mate JAQ which had charging problem.Company gave me JAQ3 as a replacement,which had random double/tripple character printing problem. Since then,sent two times to Mumbai service center but prob not rectified.Fought with company & took replacement for two times,but same problem persisted.The worst brand & worst phone.Decided to throw away it & take company to consumer forum...

i had this handset. and it stopped working. i took it to the warrenty ppl and thay did not acceped my warrenty and said that u have scratches on the set. i used the set for 6 months it worked fine. the warrenty people said that its ram is damaged. how can i be responsible for a ram damage? it had no water or drop damage. if anyone has a dead jaq3 and wish to sale it. i am ready to purchase. email me on my id. thank u.

I got this phone like 3 months ago. LIke about 3 months after i got it, I took the sim card out of it and then put it back, when i put it back it said invalid sim card (Emergency Call only). so make sure it wasn't my sim card, I tried it on another phone and it worked, so i knew it was the i-mate jaq 3. I really am dissapointed because i spend a lot of money on it. I know i will never buy another one and never recomend a phone company that sells phones over $400 that dont even last 4 months.

jaq3 is good but has its few drwabacks r: it takes atleast 2hrs to recharge, if many options r used at a time than it hangs some times. over all value for money.
