I had this phone for 3 years now and its working great I already updated the firmware to the latest version and install some other software, few problems I got is that the ISP here in Abu Dhabi does not support 3G for Imate Jasjam phone, the imate official website does not anymore update the firmware for this, I just got my updated firmware from HTC.

I am very satisfied with my JasJam for almost 3 years.
I need a new battery and I don't know from to buy.

Am using imate jasjam bought from Australia. am in india. I can't get connected to my PC. After 2pm my mobile getting very slow and the touch screen are not working.I can't do anything after 2 pm. In the morning hrs it is working fine..

I have I-mate Jasjam with a Qwerty keyboard sliding out. The trouble it refuses to slide in fully so there is always about 1cm gap. It seems to discharge the battery in a matter of hours (I have a new battery because I thought that was it). I suspect it thinks it is on all the time since it does not click closed. I can't see the slide pegs inside or anything mechanical causing the obstuction

My JASJAM does not recieve Radio signals now...mobile technitians cant solve the problem...what should i do..

I have had the JASJAM for 3 years now and it's been a great phone. I have had minimal hiccups these mainly being: battery, touch screen and freezing. For the money it costs it probably isn't there. Great functions though - would be good for a business person, thought almost too big and heavy for the average person to carry around.

Able to browse the internet only the first time after switching on the device. Not allow to reconnect after disconnecting the first session until restart the device.
