For taking out the sim card just put the stylus in the space besides the sim card and slide it towards the stylus

Whilst holding the Left and Right Soft Keys, perfrom a Soft Reset on the device by inserting the stylus into the reset hole.
2 SOFT keys and reset
soft keys are the keys just under the screen
upper button of answer and end keys
and press reset hole

Dont buy if you never use a computer, or u dont have time for ur phone otherwise is a great phone 7/10

I love my JASJAM. It freezes once in a while, rarely, since it is a windows mobile device. Other than that, I won't change it for anything else.
Now I have a problem with the keyboard. It seems that I have to replace it.

my jasjam is broken.. i cannot charge it.. the technitian said i need to change the whole board of the unit.. who among u have a board for jasjam i will buy it..
