You can search how you can do an hard reset on the manual, or you can try pressing at the same time: reset (in the small hole) and two keys with the "line" near the display (function keys). i only used the phone for six months only, and ever since i can't use it no more for some reasons the phone keep triping off when it is inuse, the screen goes on sleep mode all the time but the phone is On and the signal is on too, and it freezes all the time and now finally stop working. and when charging the battery is not responding, and when i remove the battery the charger light comes on but when the battery is attach the charger light woult come on please i need help to get the phone repair.

Hi I am facing problem with this phone that the wifi reception is not good. the connection drops when i am 1m away from my wifi router.
can anyone tell me what could be the problem as i have updated the Rom and even select the best performance even though its no use. is it a hardware fault?

I've had the MDA pro from t-mobile which is the jasjar. You can get double and treble as well as single size battery. been using double battery for a few years now after eratic behaviour, then trying battery change.
Just look for batteries for jasjar on the net
