hy i'm esion, i dont know whts up with my k jam, it freeze all the time and display a blank light on the screen.i am also having problems with connecting to gprs, please help me.

I wants to know that whether this kjam will support any other mp3 software & if yes where can i find such software other than windows media player which is the default mp3 player.

Hi well i am proud to be the owner of i-mate K-JAM for the last 5 years and i dont want to part with it, but at the same time I need to update the same from version 5 to 6.5, how do I go about it, plz can you guide me as i need to back my phone book. I also want to ask is whether version 5 can be synchronised with office 7? would be very grateful for the help thanks

before I used to brows and I could see pictuers appearing on the link but now wherever there is a pictuer it displays image.what can I do to restore the pictuers appearance.

Point on the desired song in the ''my music'' folder, and then a option box should come up with a message that says ''set as ringtone'' so click on it and there you go. That song should also automatically copy itself into ''my ringtones'' folder on you phones embedded memory.
