I am downloading things from the web and compare with an HTC smartphone is really slow. For a song takes arround twenty minutes. Also freezes from time to time and if i use it a lot have memory problems. Can somebody tell me how to speed up the download and what can i do regarding the memory

Sorry cant recommend this phone to anyone, I had this phone for over 2 years with consisitant problems. Infact the unit spent more time in repairs than in use!!

I have had 2-years of problematic operation with the K-Jam.
It has also spent many months in repair outlets which has cost us every time.
Some functions very worked.
I cannot reccommend this phone as a business device.

hi, i´ve problem with my i mate k-jam, the phone was running low because there was no space to store anything and whe i was about to delete some datas to phone suddently stopped. I tried to swicth off the mobile in order to restart it but i found no success...I don't use memory card..now i don't know what to do, please i need your assistance!

i use kjam last two years i have no problem with it. active sync work fine, wifi exelent, great display, all fuction work smooth, although its very nice phone,
i don't know why other people have problem, may be thay not use it properly,
this phone not for dooods....
K-JAM ROCKS....
