hi people...ive got a problem with my K-JAM because i cannot connect to the internet and every time i try and connect it says the address is not valid and i mst check teh address and try again..cn somebody help me please..

hi guys....i got mine from my brother still learning and understanding the edam thing but its a super greate phone to use like,one problem i have,ive lost my software and can not user the phone,can anyone assist pls,pls,pls.........granvilled

i used that phone 4 2 years and my brother is using that now, as long as i kept that ph i didnt have any problem with that it was awsome, ya some ppl may have problems with that but it happens with any ph in wrold but with my experince that is a excellent ph....

I have had this phone for the last two years and it has been the bain of my existence. I never thought I would say I hate a phone but this one has reduced me to tears. I love the idea of it but have so many problems with the running aspects that it is ridiculous. Within the first year it went in for service. It was there for 6 months. The i-mate repair facility did not replace the handset, they held on to it for the 6 months and insisted on getting it working. Wi-fi disappeared completely. It actually turns itself off and can't locate itself. The icon remains but you activate it and it does nothing. This phone was to answer all my prayers but sent me to hell instead.

hi there all. i have just bought a k-jam and im very excited about it.but have found out it's locked to vodafone. can anyone tell me if i got it unlocked would i lose any of the functions avalible on the phone and how do i get the new softwere i need back on. kind regards and thanks for reading.

Hello,
i had porblem with mine MMS and i contacted my company (O2), they done some settings whihc you have to enter manully on the phone and its now works - so contact your service porvider they should be able to help.

There is a possibility that you have purchased it second hand (are they still selling brand new phones for k jam?). Blaming the poor ones that you got from a working k-jam is unfair for the people who enjoys it like myself!!!
There is a possibility that you didn't close all the programs in the memory area in which makes your unit slow. I tell you if you got a working k-jam like the other peeps here I believe that you will enjoy it as well :)
