yes it does support Desktop connection You can download it at microsoft web site and install it to your PC for syncronization

hi i still find this a great phone not really any major problems with it but i have one now because i downloaded some dodgy software i had to do a hard reset on it nd its reverted back to factory settings i now need to upgrade the phone again but cannot find the imate website if anybody could send me the upgrades i would be very grataeful thank you

i actually love this phone........quite unfortunate that it was discontinued. am now using an imate JAQ but every once in a while i switch back to my old K-JAM. it was a superior option but here i guess the customer aint king,right?

i bought this last month that phone not that good but good but the camera bad but not that good loud speaker good but not really good touch screen that good but not that good throw this phone in the trash thats good
