I am using imate Pdal since one year but i didnot have any prb, but now i m always facing prb that my phone gets hung but all keys are working fine only i cannot receive or dial calls so every times i have to switch off and on again
kindly let me the what is the problem with my imate

Last month i bought I-mate PDAL

when i worked on it and i add new program of map view after that i restarted it about 5 dayes just seen first page and i loosed window but for recharging the battry it`s not have problem can help me please because just seen blue page at the first (i-mate for Business,for pleasure,for life)not go to another page of windows.
can help please? and give me the way to solve that problem.
