Hi, Have been happily using my imate pdal for the last two years till the IMEI number issue cropped up . now my phone is only a planner till i am not able to sort out the issue.

When i master reset i-mate, its screen Is not aligned... Therefore i can't switch on phone.. How it can be aligned??

I also have a imate pdal but when I put my micro sd card but there is no shown memory card icon in my device
please any one know why is that? please tell me..
