Please don buy this PDAL
if ur looking for PDA frm Imate thn opt JAMA
i mates only best phone, jama is cheap cost jus 16000, whn compared to all othr PDA jama is quiet good filled wid tons of features, But it lacks WiFi, ny way other than this JAMA is dressed to impressed, it has 2 speakers, good sound effect .all office suits needs wid 2 Mega pixel cam

Hi Friends,
Please do not buy any version of imate phone till they come out with a clear upgrade strategy. this is the only vendor who does not announse any upgrade from windows mobile 5 to 6 for existing customers.
Even if you buy windows mobile 6 how can you expect an upgrade to future version.

I buy this Imate days ago.
First day I feel it is weak, but after going deep on it.......I do Realy Love it.
What I dislike in it is its 200 MHz processer, even so I didnt notice any lag on it till now.

Horrible Life time Phone
I fell in this rate I could have bought the O2 XDA ATom itself only a little more costlier, or I could have gone in for E31 from Nokia or the Samsung Blackjack or I600 from Samsung are much better
please don't go into this mobile
i though i need windows mobile and a touch screen so went in for this phone but never ever do the same mistake as mine go in for Nokia E61i or Sony P990i those are much better.

well , i just bought PDAL, its not a dream machine,i got following problems
A)Fonts are so small,if your eyes arent 6x6 then u dont need to buy
B)sound Quality is power,specialy Alaram setting and Phone bell.
C)sync function is horible , keep all backup before connected with your PC.otherwise it will delete all your computer data specialy microsoft outlook.besides,option for setting sync is very limited.
I was the user of Sonyerricson P800,that machine is better then this PDAL,but the problem with sony is they arent using MS window programe .

Have been using PDA for more than 5 years but this is the first time dealing with the worst ever!
Horrible machine: soft reset will make the phone ring for a round 3-5 minutes, hangs like crazy, so so slow,signal keeps dropping, battery usage is a killer, machine totally dies for no apparent reason..., I can go on and on!!! very upset for what i got for the price paid..,
Do yourself a favour Don't Buy This Junk!!!

I bought one 2 months before, it is very poor product and I am not using it anymore. I am looking for somebody to buy it, and it is in my drawer now. If you ask why? I can answer you; it hangs up at least 3 times a day and very poor connection.

Great device. Connects to just about everything and without problems. Bluetooth browsing is faster than wi-fi. Syncs nicely with Outlook and Lotus Notes. Would like to be able to play "youtube" videos but it requires Adobe flash media player 8, which is not out yet. Imate PDAL looks great and is the only one to give you all these great goodies in a such miniature and efficient package. I am a stylus type user and am glad to see a device without a physical keyboard (I had it on my previous device and never used it; I'm just so much faster writing with the stylus than key punching). I'm just about to receive my blutooth GPS add on for Imate PDAL to complete this great small machine. I love my PDAL!

it is very light and that's it. esmertec java sucks. no midlet including gmail runs. rom upgrade on the clubimate is problematic. they still do not care about it. the support people do know nothing about it. I am using PDAs for 7 years (started with PALM), this is the worst product I have ever seen. I am so upset for the money I paid.
