hi im not sure if any one can help me i have just recently broke the connection peace on my phone where the charger gets pluged in it has fully snaped off and now the charger that i was using for my phone it wont work at all i was just wondering where do u go to get it fixed or are you able to charge it of the other connection at the back of the phone under the plastic backing? Or is that a plug for tranferrring information to a computer?

hay ive snapd my normal charger the inside snaped azwell just wonderin if there is any other way or cords to charge ppc

I have had the imate PPC for a year now...it was working great when suddenly it lost sound i can't hear any kind of sound out of it,music or even tones or even making calls...plz tell what to do because it's my business mob.

Hi have been using my device since 2004, and upgraded it to WM 5, and my device is working great. I wont exhange it for everything, and hoping to use it for another 2 years!!! I Love Imate PPC!!!

i have been using i-mate PDA2K pocket PC for some time but today it developed a problem whereby when i make a call it does not go through and then soon after it just went white on its display i have tried reseting the pda but still nothing it boots then turns white (white display) could anyone of you know how to solve the problem pliz email me, am really missing my phone.

I WANT TO KNOW IF THE PH10B HAVE AS A OPTION CAMERA & if its possible to repeare it or install a new lens or cam if our imate pocket pc dont have it or lost it.plz answer me if possibl

I have had this phone when it was released back in 2002. Used it for more than 3.5 years then swtiched to Jamin (HTC Prophet). WM 5 is a VAAAST improvement just like win 98 to win XP pro.

I am happy with Jamin Now. and using N73 as my secondary phone.

This device was king of its time.

Sorry to say to guys who are still using this device. please switch to WM5 device.

hello,i bought a second used imate(ph10b) and the problem i have is i can not download from the internet using my usb cord,and if i want to video clip it will display a menu which says i should insert a memory card also it seems not to be locating the camera device to take pictures....please i need your help

I have been using the imate pocket pc for 4 years now and it has given me great service.The only problem is that the face is a bit worn out , i was wondering whether you guys can refer me to an online fon shop where a can buy a new body cover for it.

To set audio tones, convert the tone in to *.wma format and save in the ring tone folder of the ppc using file explorer or directly from the computer by active sync.The rigtones should be saved in \windows\rings\ folder. To set customized sms tones, save the tone in \windows\ in *.wav format (pcm wave only)

i have an imate pocket pc ph10b which i bought secondhand from ebay.great unit only thing is after a couple of weeks the thing wont turn on and does not even recognise when it is in the cradle, no lights nothing, not even after using reset button. Can you help, any ideas?

I have a small request, i m using the i-mate ph10b imate pocketb pc phone the problem is that my i-mate CD is currupted so now i don't have CD & manual. i request u to send the details in mail or plz send the CD& manual.. revert back imm.....
