I boughth my i-mate JAMin, I'm not able to sychronize it with my PC. We are three people with the same problem. While I connect it using USB connection, it says "connecting" but after few seconds stops with no success.

Please help.

hi all can anyone out there help please

i have a xda11i pockcet pc

my son bless him has pushed my wall charger into the connection port the wrong way round and broken the connections

does anyone know of a company that would be able to repair it

I have a pocket pc and just bought a bluetooth handsfree headset, but it won't work. It works on other phones, but not my PPC. Can someone help. Do I need a password, or are some headsets not compatible.

Hi,
Some answers to questions:
to send stuff through BT/IR
Open file explorer,tap & hold the file name,then select BEAM file option,all BT devices wiil be listed choose the device & send.
2-pocket pc has soft reset button on its lower left corner.use stylus to press it(use this if phone hangs or does not responds for some time.
HARD FORMAT:Press soft reset button & standby button together to hard format ur pocket pc. all data in phone memory including programs,contacts etc.
IF ANYONE WANT TO KNOW BOUT POCKET PC MAIL ME ANY TIME.I LL GET BACK TO U SOON.I WOULD SAY THAT ITS A REALLY -REALLY REALLY NICE PHONE cum PDA.

hi, i have a problem i downloaded the rom upgrade from the website of imate
while iam upgrading my pocket pc an error message appears that tish s/w is not for this type then my device dissconnected, black screen written on it serial ver 1.02
hen i connect it to the pc black screen written on it USB what shal i do??

I just bought this i-mate used. The battery seems to be acting up. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but the battery is completely drained. Can anyone help?
