My brother is visiting me in US from NZ. His battery died on the his i-mate and I fear all of his data & photos are lost. Being unfamiliar with said product, can someone kindly assist / advise???

my i-mate was reformated and now it was on normal mode,i have some software that i saved from my storage card, how can i download those software and apply to my i mate program. please reply on my e-mail for advisable steps. thanks

i found the pc very nice. have changed many nokia mobiles still i have foun no mobile like qtek2020 it fits all my requirments

Hi,to send a file to another device from pocket pc try installing resco file explorer,it will solve many other problems also like using zip function.To have mp3 as a ringtone move that file to windows folder and open it and it will give you option 'set as ring tone'.But it will takeup more space i guess.I welcome any suggestion.

i have this new company issued i-mate JAMin. i try to connect to jawalnet but unsuccessful. tried the following already:
1. auto config from jawalnet site but the specific model is not on the list - tried the different JAMS but did not work.
2. manual config - again did not work.
error msg appearing is "no modem on above number" yes cellular line GPRS is chosen but still that mesg appears.
3. sent mail to jawalnet on their posted address but the mail bounced a100 times.
if there is anyone out there who has successfuly connected the i-mate jamin to jawal net kindly share your secret by emailing me direct
