how can i open the GPRS.. and i can received files through bluetooth but i cannot send (outgoing). how can i activated it. thanks.

i have i-mate smartflip.it was working properly.now a days,its restarting daily around 20 times.and showing battery empty for 1 minute.2nd problm is most of the time my ring tone automatically changes to default tone.can u tell me what is the problm? forcalicut@yahoo.com

it is a phone with good attractive options. it is well beautiful for GPRS purpose

When you remove the back cover,there is a very small black button on top left side near the battery which is always pressed by the back cover. the restarting is caused by that button. do one thing take a little piece of paper fold it and put it on that black button and carefully close the back cover. now check!
