I bought i-mate smartflip mobile phone before two days. I am disappointed by (1) the ring volume is low (2) the battery discharging quickly (full charge lasts less than 48 hours) (3) The language I selected US English, but while entering the Contact names it comes in Arabic language. How it could be resolved???
Seeking your assistance.

have had this 4n for 3days, awesome features compared to my nokia 3250, organises my day so perfectly, about those people having bluetooth issues 1st put ur settings on discoverable try sending if it fails, send 2the person a file, then the other device will recognise ur device. after that he will just send it 2u since ur device will be listed on his bluetooth find list. though i'm thinking about returning the fone coz it can't keep power for more than 7hours, 2nd every time i plug the usb it asks me for some 'rdnis' DRIVERS can't even download it from the net. and lastly it does not recognise my 1gb memory. hey and it can't ring and vibrate, just either rings or vibrates?!

I just got a i-mate smartflip and bluetooth does not work it has a low ring volume.my nokia 6280 was 100% better.

i bought a smartflip i mate few days ago.why the sound r ring tone perfomance is very weak not impressed with sound very slow volume level.can anyone suggest me to adjust the volume level r get polyphonic good sound like nokia

i cant get internet access settings from my service provider. they are unable to send me or whenever they send me i cant receive. they asked me to contact dealer. tell me what to do?

I just got my imate smartflip and I can recieve sms messages but I can't send them - an error message comes up which says "cannot send sms". I've gone through all the phone settings and have searched online for a solution but can't find one. If anyone has an answer and can help me I'd really really appreciate it!!!!!! Thanks!!!

This phone is the horrific non of the service providers can help you with software, info, or set up instructions, you can not hear anything on it. its battery life it half a day and its just a very problematic phone, that i have had problems with for a year and virgin has been unable to help me with any customer service... bad move

hi,
i just got this phone i love its sleek and a whole lot of features which i come to know day by day as you can explore a lot.the only problem is that the charger,usb cable,headphone is all the one so its possibility is more of getting damaged soon even its is tough to remove the cable out once inserted but over all its good .can any 1 help me with the bluetooth sending as i have to keep the flip open to send and cannot use any thing else? pls help but over all ***** stars

It is not worth a penny atleast in India. Not a single service provider support the phone. From the day one its key pad light is off.
Phone is quite slow as compared to Nokia-E-50 of the same price range. Phone gets hanged as bitten by microsoft operating system. Sound Quality is good but no graphic equaliser. It can't playback most of the video format. Reception is quite poor.
The worst thing is that it is not supported by any indian service provider.
I-MATE SHOULD NOT SELL THESE PHONE IN INDIA TO CHEAT INDIAN.I-MATE KNOW THAT THEY ARE SELLING THE PHONE TO THE PERSONS WHO ARE NEW & THEY CAN CHEAT THEM.Any way I have one and I feel I have been cheated by I-Mate & their dealer by not disclosing that it is not supported by service providers in India.
