my i-mate smartphone switched on but not entered in the main menu it will be hanged what can i do.i will pucharse the mobile at dubai.but they are not rectify the problem. please tell me the sollution.

i hangs a lot, and must be restarted all the time, when someone calls you and you want to save his number on the spot there is no option for that.

hey guys,
can you tell me if this phone is good? many people have said that this phone have lots of problems and maybe inferior o symbian os but i dont believe in symbians so i want to use windows as a smartphone and theres a deal here and it is the cheapest samrtphone and with a detachable camera included. is this good or i shall look for another

Well, just got it, so im still learning my way thru it... Neway
have millions of question regarding the phone, for starters, how n where i can upgrade the software for free, and i transfered some mobile movie clips in my SmartPhone, but i dun know where they are and how to play them back......
Ne suggestions from the Old timers with the SmartPhone..

It's named Smart here (mob. network)....when you receive pictures via MMS, it's black and white...don't like this phone. Need to look for another.

This phone is not great....it hangs a lot, can't receive MMS messages, and sometimes, it has to be restarted....over and over again.....joystick is also hard to use, etc....btw, I'm in the Philippines...

Hello Guys,
I have a site with many downloads for Smartphone 2002:- www.airfagev.com.
The worst part is EMS is not supported and hence Pic messaging, Ringtone downloads are not supported.
Ringtones- U need to convert your audio file into wave format(PCM)and then cut the selection using sound recorder. Then transfer through EXPLORE in activesync to My Documents in IPSM.
