I will never buy I-mate agian my sp3i is horrible the longest period it has worked is a week I-mate doesn't seem to care. The joystick and keypad fell of the bluetooth isn't working it turns off at random.

The phone is good but is not supported by any network coverage for GPRS. Better use MTN in S.A. and configure your data connection. Email me if you still have problems with GPRS connection.

i've used this phone for 2 years.was my first smartphone and loved it but has tons of problems.the joystick has broken 2 times and keypad doesn't work properly any more.it drops signal and calls often.its often freezes too.cant send anything via blue tooth

hi am using imatesp3i ,,all i wanted to know is the current price of the handset,,as well as how to configure out-look for a yahoo iD to send/rec mails,cause the wirst part is i dont have the usermanual Wid Plz give me some tips if possible the server and Wap settings and the requirements of authentication checkboxes...

I have been using my sp3i for the past 6mnths and the only problem i experience with it is the joystick but otherwise everything is perfectly fine.There is only one question i have in mind "how can i activate my phone if i want 2 go into the internet with it? where do i get gprs settings cos i really need them on my phone i also cannot send mms's with my phone if you guys can pls kindly assist me on activating my phone i would really appreciate it. thank you very much

Please could someone help me with the settings required for Internet access. I'm with vodafone but they can't help.
As a phone - fine for me. Haven't had any problems with the build quality or joystick. just wish it was available on contract so pre-configured.

I used this f.... device for a while but there are common (and known) problems:
1. Joystick only workes sometimes
2. Softkeys only work sometimes
I'll NEVER buy an i-mate device again!!
The problems are well known but support does not care.

i was using a nokia 7710 then i switched on to i-mate sp3i ,its a mess joystick is bad part of it and doesnt have speaker phone ,bluetooth does not have sending option,it is very delicate when i kept in my pocket due to slight pressure display broke and it priced 4 grand , inspite of that iam not satisfied with that,then i kept in my cupboard now iam using a nokia6681, any one dont try to buy that devil,,,,,,,,,,,,,
