i wanna buy the phone but im confused between the sp5 & sp5m!i can really use the advice of any1 who uses the phone.and 1 more thing: is the sound volume good?is it loud enough?

To use mp3 ringtones copy the ringtone to My Documents folder in Storage Card and it will show in the ringtones list. To increase mp3 ringtone volume registry editing is needed. Please go to www.modaco.com and search. This fone is awesome just trying to figure out how to use skype on it.

finaly the joy stick of my phone gone out of order with in 6 months and i gave to a mobile repair shop and he opens and did something wrong and and asking me PKR.4500/- for repairing and i said him to keep the mobile to you thanks .
So i would suggest the guys who do a lot of sms and play games dont buy this mobile for its joy stick

to put an mp3 file as ringtone you neet to put the music file at application data>> souds.
and then you can assign it as rington.

Hi,
I have I-Mate sp5m,but from last one month the joy stick is not working properly.so i have visited lots of mobile service center,but they are not able to solve the problem,please help me on this.give me some i-mate bangalore service center numbers.

Hi,
To change you ringtones - use file explorer through Active Sync to copy your ringtone under the SOUNDS folder on your Windows Mobile Device. You will then see the ringtone appear under the ringtones. Hope this answers your query

I have been using this set for almost 1 month, it is good but have 2 problems,
1,it should have stereo speaker not mono,
2, how to send any file(i.e. audio,video,picture) to other devices via bluetooth.
Kindly tell me if any body knows about how to send files through bluetooth
