Anyone want to see a beautiful 3d game on the WM6 ? Full HW acceleration ?

What game am I talking about ? It's about the Flame's original games: Siege and Call of Duty 2

I just spoke to the company I have ordered my 6150 through and he Ultimate will be launching the first week of February with the updated ROM that corrects the battery issue. It has a 1500mah battery so it has to be a software fix. The price of $850 is high as well, the 6150 is available through authorized dealers at a price as low as $695 and the 8150 at $725. Mobile Planet is not authorized and taking advantage of thier import ability to make consumers pay more for the devices.

Local price for this model is $850, a little too expensive for the specs and frankly don't see how they can expect users to pay that much for such little features. Specially when HTC's Tytn II is being offered for $880. I would prefer getting the touch screen and tilting keyboard. But, real problem is the support/warranty for both these brands in the region.

The battery issue discovered by i-mate happens intermittently only in North America and is currently being fixed in software.

MPEG4 [h.264] and WMV videos will play through the XGA output and will scale to 1024x768.

These devices are available for purchase now in the Middle East and will be available soon in other markets.

On monday 17 dec.07 i will receive my 6150. The dealer inform me that the phone is imported in Romania, and on Monday (or Thursday) it will be shipped to me.

Bye bye Imate and farewell. From the Pocket PC Magazine report Imate that says:

"You won't be able to buy the 6150 for another month or so because of a battery malfunction that i-mate and I discovered at about the same time—I got abysmal battery results on both my 6150 and 8150 test units. The company claims the problem will be fixed by mid-January."

seems that our friends after one year from launch discovered that they have a major problem.

the review: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/...30770,00.asp

I now have to decide onto the X800, Flame or G900 as an alternative.

Cheers
