at the first time i used i-mate ultimate 8150 i dont know what i going to do because the manual is writen by russuian langues.thats why i dont know how to used it.but now im just using my i-mate ultimate 8150 but its defferent from the other 8150 all the menu is defferent no i-mate profile,and i dont know how to used my bluetooth device,that why i can not used using handsfree..

Hi. I have this phone and i am using it in Malaysia.
i have to recharge the battery every day, and recently when somebody calls, he can not hear me and i have to change my position but some times changing the position does not work. :(

The phone does everything I want and more, I did have to send it for repair due to poor signal (they collected it on the day I wanted and it was free), after 4 weeks due to waiting for parts, Imate sent me a new phone from Dubai, I live in the UK and it was sent by DHL next day service. I think the service was very good, easy to keep up to date with the progress of repair via the website.
I think its very important that you register your device and have an Imate account, its all free and gives loads of features and treats.
I will be buying another Imate phone, not because of the phone, I know better ones are out there, but for the customer service, 24/7 online support (working hours only in the UK), in todays large corporate companies getting someone to decide that they are going to send a new device does not happen. Always fast replies to my emails, I canīt fault the service and the phone has 2 years warrenty.
My only advice is; A) register your phone online @ Imate.com, B) any warrenty issues contact them directly and not your local shop, C) use the online forms to book the repair, D) Check online to see how the repair is going and after 2 weeks if it is not returned, contact Imate (donīt leave it 4 weeks like me, Imate told me that I should of contacted them before). They was really helpful!

hi... i bought this phone last year.. i want to made clear that this phone isn't so good... its difficoult to use, to have information about server.. also go to web for searching something it's not so easy... so guys... do not buy please

Yes, gets heats very fast if you use WLAN for 15-15 minutes...

Never go for imate products. With in a month of buying ultimate 8150, it is giving me horrible time as the phone is losing signals even during conversation. Auto power off doesn't work at all and when I took the instrument for warranty repair, they want two working weeks to fix it since they have huge pile up of imate phones for repair. This proves the reliability. BTW I live in UAE

the phone cannot use the keypad alphabets to type a simple message....
you have to use the stick the all the time to write any sort of things anywhere!!!!
what if the touch screeen gets spoilt???
i mean the keypad is just for show?? and to dail numbers only?????
gosh!!!!
and i can't even upgrade the new windows.....!!!!
imate needs help!!! noika is far much better than imate though imate is windows based but it's pathetic!!!

No internel GPS,outer battery cover is glued.Battery gets heats very fast

i got one, it was fine at first since it was new i got excited when browsing it. yet, when time goes i experienced this what we called disadvantages of it. like, it easily get hangs up, low battery, low signal and wifi disconnect easily. same with other comments which i can testify its really really true what they said from above comments. however from a scale of 1 - 10 and ten is the highest i go for 7.

This is the worest set i ever bought.
My experience:
Hanging.
Battery cover poor stick with like paper glue.
most of the time i loose my credit by placing a call and same problem for caller too i guess.
wireless network very bad all the the times unable to find net work connection while people using other brand mobile in my office can access easily network connection and the price of the set is less than half of my set and i feel ashamed.
Battery needs be charged daily even if you dont used any function.
I am planning to buy another set and keep this set in showcase, because i tried to sell at 60% less but nobody is offering. I am very much disappointed.
