i have i-mate 8502.the thing is the life of the battery is too short.one thing anyone can help me how to remove the PIN number because really i dont know why this phone is asking for PIN even if i didnt enter or activate the PIN.honestly i dont have a PIN number.Everytime my phone is going to low battery asking for PIN so i just remove the battery to switch on the phone...anyone can help me for this inquiry..thanks

I got a imate ultimate 8502, the signal on network always gets the signal as exclamation mark(!) with no network service on the phone. Help needed...!

hi have just bought the imate 8502 and its really cool but dont know how to configure it to my own requirements. Also i transfered my own songs to the phone but cant use it as my ringtone. can anyone tell me what to do. thank you.

Hello, I am a holder of i-matt one 8502, after ré-initiation my mobile(portable) arrives in detected the WiFi my I do not arrive has to open a web page and even to messenger. I would really want of the help(assistant) coming from your part.
